Shipping Rates
Tungstentrend.com ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your purchase will be in the mail within one business day after the payment is confirmed. We offer shipping methods from United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (Fedex) and United States Postal Service (USPS) at your own choice.
All packages shipped by Tungstentrend.com are insured at no cost to you.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Tungsten Trend reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
* FEDEX Overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Express Saver Shipping is NOT guaranteed if order is placed after 12 noon PST
Return Policy
During the first thirty (30) days after receipt of your product, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchased item for a Refund (Less $15 Shipping & Handling). If you choose to make such a return for replacement or exchange, your credit card will be billed an additional $15 to cover handling and shipping cost of sending you the replacement piece of jewelry. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen.
The following terms must be met by you:
Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
The products must be returned in new, resellable condition.
Shipping charges will be subtracted from your total refund.
Merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way is not eligible for a refund and will immediately be returned upon such determination.
Customers are responsible for the freight/postage for the return shipping.
If the total amount you paid is:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier you choose. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us.
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
It is very important that you fully insure your return shipment as Tungstentrend.com will not be responsible for any loss of or damage during shipment to us. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
